Electrical copper braided wire connectors

 

KINTO manufactures highly flexible braids with annealed uncoated or tinned high purity copper wires. Such braids are mainly used for earthing or lightning conducting as well as industrial current transfer applications.

          

General information:

Ø  Copper purity: ≥99.9%.

Ø  Diameter of the copper wires:

0.20mm; 0.15mm (standard);

0.10mm; 0.05mm (available according to customers' requirement).

Ø  Surface treatment of the wires: uncoated or tinned.

Ø  Solderless cold-pressed.

Ø  Surface treatment of the contact areas: uncoated, silver-coated or tin-coated.

Ø  Insulating of flexible part with shrinkable insulating tube could be made.
